Coaching Consultations
Job-embedded coaching consultations offer an opportunity to interact at length with an educational leader who not only shares expertise, but provides targeted, personalized feedback. Blended on-site and online consultations are tailored to extend and enrich the professional learning, establish and implement achievement-based goals, and help develop capacity at the local level.
Strategic Planning
Strategic planning sessions are designed to assist educational leaders in the on-going process of evaluating curriculum, improving instruction, utilizing assessments, and encouraging learning for all. Working with an experienced strategic consultant, leaders analyze current practices, establish SMART goals and methods for assessing these goals, and develop a plan for implementation.
